Dr.T.Umapathy is the first NSS Programme Officer in vaishnav history to receive INDIRA GANDHI NSS NATIONAL AWARD

Arumbakkam D.G.Vaishnav College has marked its signet during the Golden Jubilee year through their yeomen service in NSS was honoured with the highest Social Service Award in India (INDIRA GANDHI NSS NATIONAL AWARD). Dr.T.Umapathy is the first NSS Programme Officer in D.G Vaishnav College history received this prestigious Award 2014-15 for the Best NSS Programme Officer with certificate, Medal and Rs.70, 000/- cash Award
