Dr.T.Umapathy Assistant Professor cum NSS Programme Officer received Bharat Rathna Dr.APJ.Abdul Kalam Gold Medal Award from honourable justice K.Samidurai, Madras high court for his individual achievement and National Economic Growth on 15th October 2017 which is  Organized by Global Economic Progress and Research Association (GEPRA) New Delhi. General secretary Dr. I.S.Basha, Dr.A.Kalanithi former Vice Chancellor Anna University and K.Venkatapathy  former Minister of Law and Justice government of India were also seen.
